Former Secular artist, Yaw Siki, now a repentant, has shot down the idea of permitting his children to listen to his popular hits like WO PE DODO and other secular music.
He dropped the monster hit in 2012, and that took over the country.

After almost a decade, the singer came out to disclose that he has repented, so his old records have nothing to do with him again.
The songs are on streaming platforms such as YouTube, Audiomack, Apple Music, Spotify, and are generating money as people listen, but he said he doesn’t want to mingle with things of the world anymore.

He appeared on an entertainment show on an Accra-based radio station, Hitz FM, for an interview and was asked about his old songs.
Yaw Siki stated that all those actions should be left in the past because in the Kingdom of God, songs like that are needless.

After repenting, Siki did not stop making music; he crossed over to the gospel industry, where he composed songs for Christians and sometimes performed in church.

The singer was asked what his reaction would be if he chanced upon his children listening to his old songs, and his answer was simple: he controls every gadget in his home, so everything aligns with his conviction.
